I grew up in North Brunswick, New Jersey and am an undergrad student in the Class of 2022 concentrating in Molecular Biology with certificates in Global Health and Italian. My current work in the lab involves studying the formation and structure of the Chlamydomonas pyrenoid as it relates to the SAGA family of genes. In addition to being interested in photosynthesis and natural processes in general, I enjoy the principles of collaboration, critical thinking, and problem solving that play an inherent role in lab research.

My hobbies include fishing, basketball, listening to jazz and related genres of music, playing the saxophone, and reptile keeping (although I unfortunately can't bring my pet snakes to campus with me!). I'm also a part of several volunteer/service groups in and around the Princeton area.
