Luke Bunday

I'm a class of 2023 undergraduate working on projects in collaboration with Linnea Lemma, Shan He, and Colton Wang. Before coming to Princeton, my hope was to do molecular biology research that had applications to climate change, so I was thrilled to learn about the Jonikas Lab from my academic adviser in my freshman year. In the lab, I spent the summer of 2022 working with Linnea, Shan, and Colton on diurnal cycle protein dynamics in Chlamy, and currently I'm running experiments on the phase separation of various EPYC1 and Rubisco mutants in vitro.

Outside of the lab, my biggest hobbies are drawing small resolution art, eating delicious food, and reading Chinese poetry.
