Mason Hooks

I have been fascinated and inspired by science since I can remember. I specifically became interested in biology after my first biology class as a freshman in high school, and I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology. I joined the Jonikas Lab in 2023 and have been thrilled to contribute to meaningful scientific research while learning from the talented scientists in the lab. After graduating, I plan on completing a PhD in the life sciences and continuing to perform research that can have a real impact on the world while helping people live better lives.
